With over 20 years of experience in user experience, product design, interaction design and Frontend Engineering, I bring a proven record of translating enterprise goals into customer-centered digital solutions that drive measurable impact.

I currently head the User Experience team, shaping end-to-end digital journeys that align with both business objectives and client needs. Previously, I directed large-scale UX initiatives in highly complex, regulated environments, driving the digital strategy for a unified desktop experience across enterprise channels.

I spearheaded the design of a multi-year Northstar vision, leveraging AI-driven features and natural language processing to enhance real-time client interactions. This included NLP-powered voice-to-text detection, intelligent intent generation, guided agent workflows, automated summaries, and contextual client-tailored actions.

These experiences have given me broad exposure to user experience design, leadership of high-performing teams, and the ability to simplify complexity through thoughtful design. As Head of User Experience, I lead digital strategy and AI-driven design at Rockefeller Capital Management, unifying the Financial Advisor desktop and personalization to deliver seamless, white-glove experiences for ultra-high-net-worth clients.

2016-2025

SVP: Senior Tech Manager

Led a 25-member UX team to unify Contact Center, IVR, and Financial Center platforms. Defined an AI-driven Northstar vision using NLP (Erica) for real-time insights and guided workflows. Partnered with leadership on UX strategy and delivered high-impact designs and prototypes in Figma to enhance advisor efficiency.

2010-2016

VP: Frontend Engineering

Delivered enterprise-grade, client-facing websites built on modern, responsive frameworks. Transformed the legacy Merrill site into a modern, accessible, and high-performing experience, enhancing usability and engagement. Directed the redesign of Merrill Edge and Wealth Management platforms with a unified single-page architecture aligned to Bank of America’s enterprise design system.

Led global design and management of Dell.com across 85+ languages, driving brand consistency, responsive redesigns, and immersive UI prototypes. Delivered scalable assets, templates, and digital content to accelerate global launches and enhance user experience.

Managed global training websites for Oracle University, driving web-based and instructor-led education growth. Oversaw project development, web design, content management, and digital marketing to expand Oracle’s education business. Led the redesign of Oracle University’s website, course catalog, and marketing materials, ensuring cohesive branding, improved usability, and global reach.
